I recently contracted with Bernhardt Detailing to clean and revive the paint on my 2014 Dodge Ram pickup. First let me say that this was not your normal polish and buff job. My truck is a dark (black gold metallic) paint that had what I call serious environment spotting. The water spots were impervious to all attempts that I had made to remove them although I tried several of the well known cleaner waxes and cleaner polishes. I sought the advice of professionals where I live and was pretty disenchanted with what I was told. I walked away very uncertain that any of the detail shops that I spoke with could actually fix my paint issue - that is until I spoke with Bernhardt Detailing. When I spoke with Isiah Bernhardt the company owner he requested to see the vehicle so he could properly diagnose the problem and suggest a course of action to correct the problem. Well, he did exactly what he said he would do. He clearly recognized that the environmental damage was significant and knew exactly what needed to be done to correct the problem and bring the paint back to new condition. Needless to say I opted to hire Bernhardt Detailing and could not be happier. He walked me through the many steps that were required to properly clean the paint and remove all chemical and/or environmental damage and then applied a coating that will protect the paint for several years. In addition he went over and above by taking special care of the tires, wheels, mud flaps, and wheel wells which seemed fine to me but he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Overall it’s a breath of fresh air to work with a business/person that takes total pride in their work and follows through. I would recommend Bernhardt Detailing for any and all detailing work without reservation. This is clearly a 5 STAR operation.
